Fried Potatoes and Onions/Peppers with Smoked Sausage

Ingredients :

  • °1 onion
  • °2 cloves garlic
  • °2 tbsp olive oil
  • °Provence herbs
  • °8 potatoes
  • °8 cl of water
  • °1 shallot
  • °400g smoked sausage

STEP 1

  • garlic
  • sausage
  • Chop the onion and the shallot. Finely chop the two cloves of garlic. Cut the sausage into small slices.

 STEP 2

  • olive oil
  • sausage
  • Provence herbs
  • Fry everything in a sauté pan with two tablespoons of olive oil. Salt (not too much, the sausage is smoked), pepper and sprinkle with Provencal herbs. To book.

STEP 3

  • potato
  • Cut the peeled and washed potatoes into cubes. Fry them in the fryer for a few minutes until they are just golden.

STEP 4

  • water
  • Mix them with the previous preparation and simmer for 15 minutes with half a glass of water.

STEP 5

  • It’s ready !
